Website Policy
Privacy by default.
Sterling Development Group (“SDG”) operates its websites and digital platforms using a privacy-by-default approach.
Last updated September 2, 2026
Information we do not collect by default
Unless you actively choose an optional technology or voluntarily submit information through a clearly identified service, SDG does not intend to create visitor profiles containing personal, professional, demographic, advertising, marketing, cross-site browsing, precise location, health, financial, biometric, government identification, or other sensitive information.
SDG does not sell website visitor information. Optional advertising, behavioral tracking, audience profiling, and similar non-essential technologies are not intended to operate before a visitor makes the privacy choice or gives the consent required by applicable law.
Information you submit
When you use the contact form, SDG receives the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, organization, inquiry type, and message. SDG uses this information to review and respond to your inquiry, evaluate opportunities, maintain business communications, and protect the website from misuse.
Please do not submit protected health information, financial account information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the general contact form.
Limited technical processing
SDG and its infrastructure providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure, and maintain the website. This can include an IP address, browser and device details, basic server logs, security and fraud-prevention data, network requests, consent preferences, and technologies strictly necessary for website operation.
This information supports website delivery, cybersecurity, system integrity, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and the recording of privacy preferences. SDG does not intend to use it for behavioral advertising or marketing-profile creation.
Optional cookies and technologies
Where affirmative consent is required, optional analytics, performance, advertising, targeting, and similar technologies will remain disabled until a visitor makes a choice. Available controls may include accepting all, rejecting all, or customizing selections.
Visitors may revise or withdraw their choices through available cookie settings. Where applicable law requires it, SDG will also recognize qualifying browser-based privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control.
Third-party data sharing
SDG does not intend to disclose website visitor information to third parties for their independent advertising or marketing unless the visitor has supplied the authorization required by law. Infrastructure providers working on SDG’s behalf may process limited information when reasonably necessary for hosting, cybersecurity, website delivery, or other essential technical services.
Healthcare information
The general SDG Medical & Healthcare Solutions website provides business information and is not a patient portal. Visitors should not submit protected health information, medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, insurance information, or other patient-specific medical information through general website communications.
Any future service designed to process patient or regulated health information will operate under separate privacy, security, contractual, and regulatory requirements appropriate to that service before such information is collected.
Sterling AI
Visiting the Sterling AI website does not automatically provide visitor information to an artificial intelligence model. SDG does not intend to use website visitor information to train AI models unless that processing is clearly disclosed and legally authorized.
A future Sterling AI product that lets users intentionally submit prompts, documents, datasets, business information, or other content will be governed by separate or supplemental data-use and service terms appropriate to that product.
United States privacy rights
Depending on applicable law and your state of residence, you may have rights concerning access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information; opt-out rights for certain processing; limits on some uses of sensitive information; and equal treatment when exercising a privacy right.
SDG does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not process website visitor information for targeted advertising. SDG may take reasonable steps to verify a request and may ask an authorized agent to document their authority.
To submit a request or appeal a decision, use the Contact page and identify your message as a “Privacy Request” or “Privacy Appeal.”
Our principle
If information is not reasonably necessary to provide or protect the website, we do not need to collect it by default.
Optional collection should occur only after an appropriate visitor choice and should remain limited to the purposes disclosed when that choice is made.
